2. Services Provided
ByteCorix provides custom software engineering services, specializing in Chromium-based browsers, mobile applications, and enterprise software solutions. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost of each project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed by both parties.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all source code, design assets, and intellectual property developed by ByteCorix specifically for a client during a project will be transferred to the client upon full payment of all project fees. ByteCorix retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and open-source components acquired or developed during the project.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, necessary access to systems, and accurate project requirements. Delays caused by the client may result in adjustments to project timelines and deliverables.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information, trade secrets, and business details disclosed during the engagement confidential. A formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) may be signed upon request.
6. Limitation of Liability
ByteCorix strives to deliver high-quality, secure software. However, we do not warrant that the software will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted. ByteCorix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our deliverables, beyond the total fees paid by the client for the specific project.
